Grace is quite a frequent name in the Irish Frewen family- I have details on six, my sister, aunt, grandaunt, ggaunt and two others. Only one of the latter could possibly be your gggmother. A Robert Frewen married a Mary Henebry and had five daughters,
Margaret, B.14/4/1864,
Grace, B. 13/6/1866,
Johanna, B. 21/1/1869,
Maria, B. 26/5/1871,
Bridget, B. 2/9/1873.
I have no details on who these girls married, nor do I have any other info. on Robert/Mary. All were baptised in Bansha, which is at the Glen of Aherlow. If you have approx. dates of your Grace, it would be possible to check the church records at Bansha (they go back to 1820). Mackey is as you probably already know a very frequent name in Co. Tipperary and there is a village called Ballymackey near Nenagh.
Good luck in the search,
Bob
