Hello Sheila,

> 1901 census:-
> 46 Allcock St., Aston, Birmingham
> Alfred Frewin,53,head,Road labourer, Corporation,
> Crowmarsh, Oxford
> Jane Frewin, 53, wife, Tailoress, Stafford, Hallbrook
> Rachel Chester, 32, boarder, widow, Brush Maker, Worcester
> Thomas Binion, 53, lodger, general labourer,
> Staffordshire

I have just realised, having finished transcribing every Frewin I could find on the 1901 census, that these 2 Frewins weren't among them.

Were they listed with an unusual spelling of the surname perhaps, or do you have a PRO reference for this entry?

Lawrence
