My wif'e maiden name is GILL and her Grandfather George Robert was the 3rd child of the union between James Gill and Jane Fruin, James and Jane married at The Parish Church at Hampton Wick on 16th May 1865 and George Robert was born on 28th January 1872 while they were living at Hills Cottages, Teddington. In addition to George Robert James and Jane had the following children

Jane C Born 1866
William Amos Born 1870
Annie E Born 1874
Emily L Born 1877
Clara Born 1879
Amy C Born 1879
Alice Born 1881
James Born 1884
Rhoda Born 1886

All of the children so far found were born in Hampton in the county of Middlesex.

Jane Fruin born on 14th February 1844 was the second child of Thomas Fruin Son of Richard Fruin, born at Hansworth in 1815 and Elizabeth Pearce, daughter of Thomas Pearce. Thomas Fruin and Elizabeth were married on 7th June 1840 in the parish Church of Hampton Middlesex. We have obtained a copy of the marriage certificate and the witnesses to the marriage were Josiah Golsby Fruin and Rhoda Pearce, clearly these people are related to the bride and groom but as yet we do not know how. Thomas and Elizabeth had previously had a son George, born 1842. Thomas Fruin died of Scrofula on 10th May 1845 leaving Elizabeth with 2 small children. On 23rd April 1848 the widow, Elizabeth Fruin married Robert Goddard by whom she had 2 further children Mary Ann Goddard born 1849 and Elizabeth Goddard born 1851.
